9:00a – 10:00a: Mindful Movement and Meditation

Class Description:

Gentle movement, Metta (Loving - Kindness) Meditation practice, and tea ceremony for stiff winter bodies and hearts.

What should I wear?

Choose clothing that you feel at ease in. Some individuals may opt for athletic wear, while others may prefer regular daily outfits.

What should I bring?

We offer a selection of meditation cushions and chairs for you to use. You may also bring your own if you prefer. Bring a water bottle to stay refreshed.
