Class Description:

In this guided mindfulness meditation practice you will develop skills that can be incorporated into various aspects of life, contributing to a more balanced and mindful approach to everyday challenges and experiences.

What should I wear?

Choose clothing that you feel at ease in. Some individuals may opt for athletic wear, while others may prefer regular daily outfits.

What should I bring?

We offer a selection of meditation cushions and chairs for you to use. You may also bring your own if you prefer. Bring a water bottle to stay refreshed.

One of our experienced teachers will provide insight, inspiration, and guidance as they lead you through a meditation session. This is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with the benefits of mindfulness meditation, whether you're starting fresh or looking to reinvigorate your practice.

All private meditation sessions are 30 minutes held via Zoom
